Terms and Conditions of Eco Clean Carpet & Tile Care

By using our services, including scheduling, communications, or messaging through Facebook Messenger or SMS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement
   Eco Clean Carpet & Tile Care will provide cleaning services as requested and agreed upon with the customer. All services are provided at the customer’s address and are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations
   Customers are responsible for scheduling their service appointment. Cancellation policies vary depending on service type and will be communicated at booking.

3. Payment
   All services must be paid at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed with the customer.

4. Communications
   By providing contact information (email or phone number), customers consent to receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and other service-related communications via SMS or Messenger as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Eco Clean Carpet & Tile Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The customer agrees that Eco Clean Carpet & Tile Care’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA.
